Delivery

We charge £3.95 packing and postage per order of fabric, notions, haberdashery and kits.

Due to their size and weight sewing machines, overlockers and accuquilt machines are subject the larger postage costs, you will be advised of these during the ordering process.

We try to send out orders within 2 days of receiving them. However delays to orders may occur if we are out of stock of items or incorrect postage details are given.

Please inform us if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Unfortunately, where items have been sent through Royal mail, they stipulate claims cannot be made until 30 days after posting.
